Co-Founder, Lead Developer & Systems Architect at Kuberno Limited

Richard Wilson is a co-founder, lead developer, and systems architect at Kuberno Limited. Richard has over fifteen years of experience in the software development industry, working with a variety of companies on a variety of projects.

Wilson started their career as a publications manager with Tradelink Publications in 2002. In 2005, they left to start their own software development consultancy, Tinct IT Consultancy. At Tinct, Wilson developed bespoke software for retail and industry clients. In 2010, they left Tinct to start In Keeping, a software development company specializing in process digitization, cloud migration, and re-imagining desktop applications as scalable website portals.

In 2015, Wilson began working as a contract developer with Central Bedfordshire Council. Richard worked on a variety of projects, including process digitisation, cloud migration, and re-imagining desktop applications as scalable website portals. In 2018, they left Central Bedfordshire Council to join Equiniti as a contract software developer. Wilson worked with Equiniti for two years, developing bespoke systems for central government and the financial sector.

In 2020, Wilson left Equiniti to co-found Kuberno Limited, where they currently serve as lead developer and systems architect.

Richard Wilson attended the University of Sheffield, where they received a degree in computer science.
