Kristin Hickey is the Founder and CEO of Kubi Kalloo, where Kristin leads a team of global insights professionals in their London office. Prior to this, Kristin was the CEO of ruby cha cha (UK) Ltd and the Founding Director and Owner of ruby cha cha Pty Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Kristin has held various roles at companies such as The Leading Edge and AMR Quantum Harris. Kristin holds an MBA and has completed Ph.D. coursework focusing on customer control and satisfaction.
