Donald Sweetman

Donald Sweetman, CTS-D, CTS-I, serves as the Director of AV Services at kubik maltbie since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading the AV department, establishing AV standards, securing project scopes, and overseeing design and project management. Previously, Donald worked as a Design Engineer at Diversified and CompView, focusing on commercial grade A/V systems across various sectors. Experience at Electrosonic involved roles as Design Associate and Associate Commissioning Engineer, contributing to A/V solutions for museums and entertainment. Academic sound design roles were fulfilled at San Diego State University and Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District. Donald is a former Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from San Diego State University.
