Ana Báez ruiz

Ana B. has extensive experience in the learning and development sector, currently serving as a Learning Advisor at Sydney Water since April 2023. Previously, Ana held multiple roles at Sydney Water from December 2011 to April 2022, including Instructional Design Advisor, acting Learning and Development Advisor, and Executive Officer Support, where responsibilities included assisting the Chairman, managing diary schedules, coordinating travel, handling financial functions, and liaising with key stakeholders. Additionally, Ana served as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager of Service Delivery and provided business executive support to managers in Maintenance Engineering and Networks. Ana holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management from Western Sydney University (2016-2019).
