Francisco Meré

Francisco Meré is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive, serving as the Founder and CEO of Blooms since January 2024. Currently, Francisco holds positions as an Independent Board Member for MONEX GRUPO FINANCIERO and kubo.financiero, where Francisco also chairs the Risk Management Committee. Previously, Francisco co-founded Uellbee and served as its CEO until January 2024. Francisco's experience includes roles as Chief Product & Innovation Officer and Board Member at Banco BASE, President of FinTech México, and Managing Partner at OOKBAL Capital. Notably, Francisco co-founded Bankaool, the first fully licensed fintech bank in Mexico, and served as Managing Director at Société Générale for energy and natural resources in Mexico and Central America. As CEO of FIRA, Francisco led a government-owned bank in agribusiness finance. Francisco holds advanced degrees in Public Policies, International Affairs, and Law from prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and Escuela Libre de Derecho. Additionally, Francisco participated as a fellow at Latitud and completed executive education programs at Singularity University and Harvard Business School.
