Andrew Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Andrew Marshall started their career as an Operations Manager at CNH Capital in 2000 and also served as a Wholesale Finance Manager before becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt, where they worked to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings within the organization.

Andrew Marshall completed their Bachelor of Science (HK) in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at McMaster University from 1993 to 2000.
