Dorothy Phillips

Dorothy Phillips has extensive experience in trade compliance, logistics, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst at Kubota Tractor Corporation since March 2018, Dorothy has held multiple managerial roles within the organization, including Assistant Manager of Transportation and Assistant Manager of Logistics & Special Projects. Prior to Kubota, Dorothy worked at Commercial Metals Company for over a decade as a Traffic Coordinator, managing international sales, customs clearance, and trade compliance. Earlier professional roles included positions at The Children's Place as a Sales Representative, Friedmans Jewelers as a Credit Authorizations Representative, and TD Ameritrade as a Client Specialist. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Sociology from the University of Memphis and an Accounting Assistant Certification from Northlake Community College.
