Ivonne Irizarry York

Ivonne Irizarry York is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director at Kubota Tractor Corporation since August 2015, Ivonne leads HR functions such as employee relations, investigations, leave of absence administration, training and development, and compliance management. Prior to this, Ivonne spent thirteen years at Komatsu as Senior Human Resources Manager for Hensley Industries, overseeing HR activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing employee benefit programs, and implementing new policies.
