Chloe Addie has a diverse work experience in human resources and research analysis. Chloe'smost recent role is with KUBRA, where they work as a Human Resources Coordinator, managing employee engagement programs and assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs. Prior to this, they worked at HRSG as a Junior Social Sciences Research and Analysis Professional. Chloe also has experience as a Consultant at KPMG Canada and as a Human Resources Co-op at Rooks to Cooks. Chloe has also worked as an Organizational Consultant at Waterloo Organizational Research and Consulting Group and as a Talent Team Co-op at Shoppers Drug Mart. Additionally, Chloe has worked as a Business Analyst at IMT Corporation. Chloe'swork experience spans various industries and showcases their expertise in HR and research analysis.

Chloe Addie, MASc, CHRP, completed their education at the University of Waterloo. Chloe obtained a Master of Applied Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management from 2013 to 2017, also at the University of Waterloo.

In addition to their academic degrees, Chloe has obtained several certifications related to human resources and professional development. In December 2020, they attained the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association). Furthermore, they have completed various online courses and obtained certifications from LinkedIn in topics such as company onboarding, BambooHR learning, LinkedIn Recruiter usage, aligning recruiting with job requirements, improving employee performance, organizational learning and development, project management simplification, and rewarding employee performance. These certifications were acquired between April and June 2020.
