Currently serving as the Head of Order to Cash & Client Operations at Kubrick Group since March 2021, Joe manages the entire life cycle of O2C, from Statement of Work negotiation through to billing and collections. Previous roles include Group Credit Manager (Interim) at Investigo, Billing & Credit Lead for a Finance Transformation project at FE fundinfo, and Credit & Risk Manager at RED - The Global SAP Solutions Provider. Joe's educational credentials include certifications as a Netsuite Certified User, Certified Agile Coach, Project Management Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, and Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, alongside a Diploma in Collections & Recoveries and a Certificate in Credit Management.
