Natalia Lyarskaya

Natalia Lyarskaya is a seasoned professional in data science and risk management, currently serving as Managing Director - Credit at Kuda since May 2025. Previously, Natalia held the position of VP - Data Science & Risk at Billie from October 2022 to April 2025 and acted as a mentor in the ESMT DEEP x Tübingen AI Mentoring Program for the Creative Destruction Lab from October 2024 to May 2025. Notably, Natalia was Chief Data Officer and Advisory Board Member at ZestMoney, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive data science and risk management framework for India’s leading Buy Now, Pay Later platform. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Wonga, where innovations in data science were spearheaded, and a consultancy role at CRIF S.p.A. Natalia began academic pursuits as a PhD candidate in Economics at Université Paris-Sorbonne and holds a background in statistics from the Higher School of Economics.
