Phri Ololade Bello

Ololade Bello, PHRi, possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Lead HR & Employee Engagement Manager at Kuda since May 2019. In this role, Ololade has effectively managed various HR functions, including benefits administration, special projects, and policy updates, while also enhancing the orientation and training programs for new employees through personalized communication methods. Prior to this position, Ololade held roles at Finpet Resources, starting as Administrative Secretary and advancing to Operations Analyst from June 2018 to February 2019. Ololade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Nigerian Languages from the University of Ilorin, completed in 2017.
