Tanisha Sulagan

Tanisha Sulagan (MCom) is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Kuda since April 2022, Tanisha has led initiatives such as the launch of a new careers page that garnered over 2000 views in its first month and manages the Employer Branding project to enhance recruitment strategies across multiple regions. Previously, Tanisha worked at AVI Limited, where responsibilities included managing a learnership project and successfully recruiting 96 employees within two months. Earlier positions include roles as a Human Resources Administrator at Cape Union Mart Group and as a Candidate Recruitment Consultant at Communicate Recruitment. Tanisha holds a Master of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by both a Bachelor of Commerce Honours and a Bachelor of Administration Degree in related fields.
