Iván Costa Gómez

Iván Costa Gómez has extensive work experience in various roles within the language services industry. Iván began their career in 2004 as an Applications Developer and Software Tester at DMR Consulting. In 2008, they worked as an Operator at Sitel for a brief period. Then, from 2010 to 2014, they served as a Speaker at Centro Territorial de Innovación y Formación.

From 2011 to 2014, Iván held the role of Account Manager-Translation and Interpreting Project Coordinator at SeproTec Multilingual Solutions. Following this, they joined Welocalize in 2014 as an Interpretation Manager, where they stayed for six years until 2020.

Currently, Iván works at KUDO, starting in 2020. Iván has progressed within the company, initially serving as a Client Success Representative from October 2020 to March 2021. Iván then became the Client Success Operations Manager from March 2021 to January 2022. Finally, they transitioned to their current role as a Client Success Manager starting in January 2022.

Iván Costa Gómez completed their Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpreting, with a field of study in Traducción, from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Iván attended this institution from 2005 to 2010. During the same period, they also earned a degree as a Sworn Translator and Interpreter from the same university.

Prior to their university education, Iván attended the CEEP (European Center for Professional Studies) from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate's degree in computer programming.

In addition to their formal education, Iván obtained a certification in Trados Studio 2017 from the institution CÁLAMO&CRAN: profesionales del lenguaje in August 2020.
