Melanie Beaudry Desjardins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and ownership. Currently serving as Product Manager and Product Owner at Kudos® since March 2021, Melanie previously held the position of Product Owner in Software Development at DigiOutsource from March 2019 to February 2021. Melanie's long tenure at DigiOutsource from 2011 to 2019 included roles such as Retention Specialist (Projects), Regional Brand Marketer for Canada, and Customer Service Consultant. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Université de Montréal, as well as a college diploma in Social Sciences from CEGEP - John Abbott College and a High School Diploma from Collège Notre-Dame.
