Tak Poon

Tak Poon is an experienced Client Success Manager with a diverse background in digital client management and transitions. Currently serving at Kudos® since September 2022, Tak focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and engagement. Prior experience includes roles at Absorb Software, where digital lead strategies were pioneered, and client portfolios were managed to improve CSAT and NPS scores. Earlier positions at PBS Systems Inc. involved leading transitions of complex software systems, achieving high performance targets. Tak's career also encompasses sales consulting and team leadership roles in marketing and customer training, supported by a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts and Digital Technology from Alberta College of Art and Design.
