James O'Doherty

James O'Doherty has a strong background in software engineering and development. James currently works as a Software Engineer at Kudu Dynamics LLC, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Huntress, where they were a Principal Software Engineer from January 2022 to May 2023, and a Lead Software Engineer from August 2021 to January 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, James worked at n-ask Incorporated as a Member of Technical Staff. During this time, they were responsible for architecting and leading the development of a web-based analytics visualization and content management tool. James also collaborated with a team to integrate the tool with various data sources and developed a serverless code development and execution platform.

Before their time at n-ask Incorporated, James was a Software Engineer at CACI International Inc from June 2015 to February 2016. In this role, they maintained software baselines and developed GUI tools for system updates.

James began their career in 2006 as a Cryptologic Language Analyst in the United States Air Force, serving until August 2010.

Throughout their career, James O'Doherty has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, development, and project leadership.

James O'Doherty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Cameron University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Korean from the Defense Language Institute from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in November 2019 from CompTIA.
