Edwin Bueno

Edwin Bueno is an IT Support Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel since July 2024. Previously, Edwin served as Team Leader I for IT End User Support at Stefanini Group from February 2023 to July 2024, where responsibilities included conducting daily performance reviews for a group of IT Deskside support in the Asia Pacific region and monitoring service level agreements and performance metrics. With a total of nine years in service delivery, Edwin spent four years as Team Manager of Technical Support at Sutherland, managing customer service and technical support operations. Earlier experience includes a role in Executive Operations at Aegis Global, focusing on customer service for student loan accounts. Edwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STI College and has a prior degree from Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba.
