Jason Allen Ashlock

Jason Allen Ashlock has extensive experience in organizational development and leadership, currently serving as Global Head of Organizational Development at Kuehne+Nagel. In this role, Jason focuses on enhancing organizational culture and design. Previously, as Global Head of Talent Development, Jason championed the creation of a vibrant learning culture within logistics. Additionally, Jason served as Senior Vice President, Customer + Employee Experience, ensuring a motivating environment for over 85,000 employees. Jason is also a Strategic Advisor for The Giving Wall, contributing to community-building initiatives, and has a background as Partner & Lead Consultant at The Frontier Project, specializing in leadership and culture transformation. Academic contributions include serving as Adjunct Professor at City University of New York and developing digital strategies for Thought Catalog. Jason is pursuing a Certificate in Sustainable Food and Farming from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in English Literature from Fordham University.
