Kwasi Davy-Adjei is an experienced employer branding professional with a strong background in global talent attraction and marketing within leading companies. Currently serving as Global Employer Brand Lead at Kuehne+Nagel since April 2023, Kwasi previously held roles including Global Head of Employer Branding at SumUp and Employer Branding Lead at Royal BAM Group nv. Earlier in the career, Kwasi worked as Global Employer Branding Manager for Mondelēz International and Baker Hughes, contributing significantly to brand management and marketing strategies. A graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with a Professional Diploma in Marketing, Kwasi also completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA in 2022.
