Paul Boers

Paul Boers is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global HR management. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at Kuehne+Nagel since November 2022, Paul previously held various senior HR roles at DB Schenker from 1998 to 2022, including Global P&O Business Partner for Contract Logistics and Chief HR Officer for BeNeLux. Expertise encompasses strategic workforce planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, and international labor relations. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Culture, Organization & Management from VU Amsterdam and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Inholland University, along with multiple HR-related accreditations.
