Karen McDonald, CMCA, AMS, PCAM has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. Karen began their career in 2002 as a Licensed Insurance Representative/ Operations Manager for State Farm Insurance. In 2008, they became an Attorney at Law for Karen M. McDonald, Esq. In 2013, they joined Kuester Management Group as Vice President Operations and later became Vice President.

Karen McDonald holds a J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law, obtained in 2008, and a BBA in International Business Management/Business Management from Northwood University, obtained in 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Associations Institute.
