Michel Wegner

Michel Wegner has an extensive background in the culinary and hospitality industries, currently serving as Location Manager and Direktor at Kuffler Gruppe since March 2017, where oversight includes the new RheinMain CongressCenter. Previous roles include Küchenchef at Walgers Restaurant and various positions in prestigious establishments like Sra Bua by Juan Amador and Grossfeld, both of which maintained Michelin stars. Educational credentials include completion of a Koch degree from Lindner Hotel and Residence and certification as a Staatlich geprüfter Gastronom from Hotelfachschule Heidelberg. Wegner also contributed to culinary education as a Kochlehrer for the Sternekochclub Deutschland.
