Arizona Berdynaj

Arizona Berdynaj currently serves as a Sales Executive at Cynora Technologies since May 2024 and has held the position of Chief Sales Officer and Head of Business Sales at Kujtesa since September 2018. Previous roles include Advisor to the Ministers Cabinet at the Ministry of European Integration, supported by UNDP, and Advisor at UNDP from November 2017 to June 2018. Arizona also served as Chief of Cabinet to the Minister of Justice at the Ministry of Justice - Republic of Kosovo from July 2016 to September 2017 and as Project Manager for an EU-funded project from February 2014 to August 2015. Additional experience includes roles with USAID, the Ministry of Energy and Mining, and Radio Plus. Arizona is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business and IT at the Technical University of Munich and University of St. Gallen, with further studies planned at the University of California, Berkeley.
