Giovanni Bisignani

Giovanni Bisignani serves as the CFO and Head of Strategy at Kukua, an education technology and entertainment company focused on creating empowering learning experiences for children across Africa since October 2018. Prior to this role, Giovanni was an Executive Advisor at Bain & Company from September 2017 to February 2021, and held various consulting positions at SRI Group Global, specializing in M&A, corporate finance, and proprietary investments from October 2015 to September 2017. Giovanni's early experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Aridos Guerrico Chile Ltda, overseeing budgeting and planning for a major mining company, and a summer intern in M&A at WRM Group, where involvement included financial valuation and transaction documentation. Giovanni holds a Master of Science in Management from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Miami.
