Rich Williams

Rich Williams has over four decades of experience in executive leadership within the finance, accounting, and technology sectors. Currently serving as President of Kula Consulting Inc. since May 2003, Rich leads a boutique firm that specializes in accounting search and contract staffing services in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley. Prior to this role, Rich was the founder and President of Management Solutions Inc., a successful finance and accounting search and consulting firm with nine offices and over $50 million in revenue. Rich also held the position of President at Applied Motion Products, specializing in electric motor and motion control solutions, and worked as Corporate Controller at Shugart Associates and as an Auditor at Ernst & Ernst. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.
