Jayson Dmello

Jayson Dmello currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Product at Kulfi Collective since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jayson held various positions at The Good Glamm Group from June 2020 to December 2022, including Head of Product for community pod and BabyChakra, as well as Head of Product & Engineering for MissMalini and Girl Tribe app. Jayson also gained experience as a Senior Product Manager at Falkonry and as a Cofounder at CarrotBox Technologies. Early career highlights include serving as a Product Manager at M. H. Alshaya Co. and as a Strategy Consultant at Tata Strategic Management Group. Jayson began the career as a Software Developer at Infosys. Jayson holds an MBA in Strategy and General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has participated in an exchange program at Università Bocconi focusing on Luxury & Fashion Retail Management. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecomm Engineering from the University of Mumbai and completion of high school at Wilson College and Holy Family High School in Mumbai.
