Needa Natterwala

Needa Natterwala is currently the AVP of Talent & Community Management at Kulfi Collective, a content network focused on creating branded and original intellectual properties. Prior to this role, Needa held multiple positions at The 120 Media Collective, including Sr. Lead in Talent & Community Management, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition across various group companies. Needa's career began in HR and marketing roles, including positions at Interactive Skills and Hitesh Classes, where an emphasis on recruitment, business development, and teaching was evident. Needa holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media from R.D. National College and has also engaged in projects involving website revamping.
