Shria Tikoo

Shria Tikoo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Legal at Kulfi Collective since March 2021, Shria leads a high-performing team and has successfully revamped processes to enhance legal operations. Previous roles include Manager Legal at Kulfi Collective, where Shria provided timely legal advice and developed a comprehensive Notion repository, and Assistant Manager - Legal at Universal Music Group, where Shria handled legal services for label and publishing businesses. Shria's career also includes significant internships that provided foundational experience in drafting and negotiating diverse legal documents and contracts. Shria holds a Master's in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from Washington University in St. Louis and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, along with a diploma in Intellectual Property Laws. Currently, Shria is enhancing leadership skills through an Executive Development Program in Leadership & Change Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
