Ai Jun Song

Ai Jun Song has a diverse work experience in the semiconductor industry. From 2007 to 2014, Ai Jun worked at ASM Technology Hong Kong Limited, starting as a Process Engineer II and progressively advancing to Technical Manager. During this time, Ai Jun gained expertise in flip chip processes and equipment.
