Ben Zuk

Ben Zuk has a solid background in engineering, with experience in multiple companies. Ben is currently working at Kulicke & Soffa as a Staff Engineer - Team Lead. Prior to this, they worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, where they provided engineering design expertise for the United States Navy. Before that, they were a Mechanical Engineer at Intel Corporation, leading engineering efforts in identifying packaging requirements for high-performance computing products. Ben also has experience as a Design Engineer at Emerson Network Power, where they solved complex customer issues and managed cooling system installations. Ben has also worked as a Research Assistant at Villanova University and as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State University. Additionally, they have presented at the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society: Advanced Thermal Workshop and worked in research and development at Siemens Healthcare. Finally, they served as a Process Engineer at OpSec Security, Inc. where they worked on projects in the Security Printing field.

Ben Zuk has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
