Katy Nazarenko

Katy Nazarenko has extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as the Engineering Program and NPI Manager at Kulicke & Soffa since December 2005. In this role, Katy leads new technology development programs, ensuring product performance, quality, safety compliance, and budget management while overseeing a cross-functional team. Previous positions at Kulicke & Soffa include NPI Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Training System Supervisor, and Industrial Engineering Supervisor, showcasing expertise in integrating engineering and manufacturing functions, managing resources, and ERP system upgrades. Prior experience at Tefron as a Pre-production Referrer involved facilitating new product introductions. Katy holds a Master's degree in Quality Assurance and Reliability from the Technion and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the All-Russian Finance & Economics Institute.
