Kiranjeet Kaur

Kiranjeet Kaur has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis, internal audit, and finance roles. Kiranjeet has been with Kulicke & Soffa since 2009, where they currently hold the position of Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Previously, they served as the Financial Planning and Analysis Director and Internal Audit Director, where they were responsible for establishing and directing strategic goals and policies for the global internal audit department. Kiranjeet also conducted enterprise risk assessments and worked closely with the executive team to develop mitigation plans. Prior to joining Kulicke & Soffa, Kiranjeet worked at Freescale Semiconductor, where they held various roles including Corporate Auditor, Capital & Entity Analyst, and Finance Systems Analyst. In these roles, they provided assurance services, conducted audits, managed financials, and implemented local applications to improve productivity.

Kiranjeet Kaur completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting & Finance from Heriot-Watt University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a minor in Business from Universiti Malaya from 1996 to 1999. In 2012, Kiranjeet Kaur also earned a certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
