Nelson Wong

Nelson Wong has a vast range of work experience over the years. Nelson started their career in 1984 as a Process Engineer at Matsushita Denshi (S) Pte Ltd. Nelson then joined STMicroelectronics in 1985 and served as a Process & Pkg Engineering Manager until 1997. In 1997, they joined Kulicke & Soffa as the VP - Ball Bonder BL and held this position until November 2019. From November 2019 to their current role, Nelson served in various senior executive positions at Kulicke & Soffa, including Senior Vice President and SVP of Global Sales & Supply Chain.

Nelson Wong completed their MBA in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore between 1993 and 1996.
