Marcin Nowak

Marcin Nowak has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Marcin started their career as a Computer and Network Technician at Ravis where they worked on the deployment of the first online point of sale systems in Poland. Marcin then joined ATT as a System Analyst, where they processed sales and developed scripts to verify data accuracy.

At Multimedia Fiber Networks, Marcin worked as a Fiber Technician for a short period. Marcin then moved to Metcom, Inc./Ocean World Lines as an IT Manager, where they transformed the company's computer network into a global one by installing a Citrix server farm and a frame-relay network for satellite offices.

Marcin continued their IT management journey at Metro Drafting & Design, where they oversaw IT resources, controlled expenses, and led a development team. Later, they joined Allstate Sales Group as the Vice President of IT Operations, where they managed IT, Software Development, and GIS departments, while also negotiating vendor pricing to optimize quality and cost.

Currently, Marcin works as a Senior Product Manager at Kultera. Marcin'srole involves managing and supporting internal and customer-facing systems, administering Azure hosted infrastructure, and using various technologies such as DevOps, SQL Databases, PowerBI, and Kubernetes.

Marcin Nowak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, and Finance from the University of Silesia in Katowice, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
