Tatyana Korbanyuk is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead at Kultprosvet since December 2020, Tatyana fosters a culture of healthy relationships within a team of tech experts. Previously, Tatyana was the Head of IT Recruiting at A-HR.pro, managing a team that specializes in senior-level hires across various specialisms. Tatyana's recruitment expertise includes C-level and senior positions in technologies such as .NET, Java, PHP, and mobile development, as well as roles in QA, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. Additionally, Tatyana actively coaches and trains other recruiters and serves as a lecturer at the IT Recruiters school Indigo, where Tatyana previously worked as an IT Recruiter from 2013 to April 2020.
