Achmad Mukhlisin has extensive experience in customer relationship management and community development. Currently serving as the Customer Relationship Management Coordinator at Kumala Group since July 2019, Achmad focuses on updating and managing customer databases, segmenting and analyzing customer data, and providing personalized communication. Previously, as Staff in the same department, responsibilities included database management, promotional communication, and customer complaint handling. Achmad is also the Founder of Komunitas Satu Atap and Statsco.id, where efforts include organizational development, human resource training, and startup management for data analysis services. Achmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Universitas Hasanuddin, completed in 2019.
