Nyeko Walter

Nyeko Walter is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Kumalo Technologies Company Limited since January 2024, Nyeko previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at hepster, a leading insurance service provider in Germany, from December 2021 to November 2024. Earlier roles included Full Stack Engineer at Atos, where involvement in the MTN projects was pivotal, and Software Engineer positions at both Alation and Andela, focusing on Java, Python, and JavaScript. Nyeko contributed to the open-source banking initiative at The Apache Software Foundation and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication Engineering from Kyambogo University.
