Pundlik Godholkar's work experience begins in 2004 with ARCAIDS, where they worked as an architect until 2011. Following this, they joined Kolte-Patil Developers Limited as an architect from September 2011 to October 2013. Pundlik then worked at Xrbia Developers as a DGM from October 2013 to October 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Design and Development at Kumar Builders, starting from November 2017.
Pundlik Godholkar obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Construction Engineering from Gulbarga University between 1994 and 1999.
