Nirmal Kumar Suganandan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Kumaran Systems since June 2010, Nirmal has held various HR roles within the same organization, demonstrating a progressive career trajectory that includes positions such as HR Manager, Assistant Manager HR, Senior Executive HR, and HR Executive.
