Roro Mega Cahyaning 'Azmi Riyandani is an experienced professional currently serving as the People Lead and Head of Happiness at KUMPUL since October 2021, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture. Previous roles include serving in the Executive Management Office, where responsibilities encompassed supporting the CEO with strategic analysis and project coordination, and as the Startup Engagement Lead, managing communications within the startup ecosystem.
