Lionel Hugues

Lionel HUGUES is an experienced executive with a strong background in the retail and operations management sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Kumulus Vape since January 2023, Lionel oversees subsidiaries for multiple brands, including Cigaverte with 60 boutiques and Ziklop Stor with 3 boutiques. Previous roles include Founder of French Riviera, specializing in e-liquids, and Founder of Barberousse Fréjus, a bar and food house. As the CEO and Founder of VapoShop France from March 2018 to January 2023, Lionel managed several e-cigarette and CBD boutiques across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes positions at Apple as Store Manager and leadership roles at FLY France and Lidl France. Lionel holds an Executive MBA in Retail Marketing & Management from ISEG and a BTS in Commercial Management from IFC Business School.
