Jim Patterson

Jim Patterson has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry, currently serving as Plant Engineer and Fleet Manager at Kuna Foodservice since 2003. In this role, Jim manages 18 direct reports and is responsible for sourcing materials to ensure profitability. Previous positions at Kuna include HACCP Coordinator, focusing on food safety compliance with USDA regulations, and Production Manager for the Meat Unit, where Jim enhanced productivity through strategic planning. Prior to their career in the food industry, Jim honorably served in the US Navy from 1991 to 1998, achieving the rank of Petty Officer 3rd class and receiving multiple awards for service. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Communication and Human Resources Management from Concordia University St Louis.
