Paul Mahaffy

Paul Mahaffy has over two decades of experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as COP Category Manager and Business Development Manager at Kuna Foodservice since January 2017. Previously, Paul held roles such as Meat Unit Manager and Center of the Plate Specialist at Stock Yards Meat Packing Co., where responsibilities included procurement of beef, pork, veal, and lamb. Paul's earlier career includes positions at US Foods as a Stock Yards Specialist and Territory Manager, and a series of culinary roles including Executive Chef at Radisson and Executive Sous Chef at Doubletree Hotel. Paul is equipped with HACCP Certification from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Food Science and Human Nutrition.
