Bohdan Senyshyn

Bohdan (Bo) Senyshyn is a Senior Software Engineer at Capital One since March 2022, specializing in backend system design and the modernization of financial systems. Notable achievements include the implementation of an Apache Spark pipeline that migrated over 10 billion transactions and the enhancement of testing methodologies that improved project coverage. Previously, Bohdan served as a Software Engineer at Tranzzo, focusing on global payment solutions and contributing to event-driven architecture, and as a Data Engineer at StackTome, where the development of ETL/ELT pipelines and microservices architecture took place. Bohdan began a career in Data Engineering as a trainee at DataRoot University, following a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
