Karan Saklani has accumulated significant experience in civil engineering since joining Kundan Group in May 2020, progressing through various titles to the position of Junior Engineer. Responsibilities include managing project workflows, handling site documentation, assisting with RCC wall construction, performing quantity calculations, preparing material checklists, and conducting strength testing on concrete cubes. Karan has effectively managed a workforce of up to 50 individuals at construction sites, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills within the engineering team and among construction workers.
