Biljana Pehrsson

Biljana Pehrsson is the current CEO of Kungsleden, a position they have held since September 2013. Prior to their current role, they served as the CEO of Castellum from December 2021 to January 2022. Pehrsson has also held the position of Deputy CEO and Head of Real Estate at East Capital Private Equity from August 2007 to August 2013. Biljana has been in the real estate industry since 1999, starting as an executive real estate professional and board member. In 2002, they became the managing director of Centrumutveckling, a position they held until 2007 when they joined East Capital Private Equity.

Biljana Pehrsson has a Master of Science in L from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
