Minna Piitulainen

Minna Piitulainen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership and development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Development and HR-services at Kuntarahoitus – MuniFin since January 2018, Minna Piitulainen leads a division focused on HR and assistant services. Prior roles include HR Director positions at Capgemini Finland Oy and InfoCare Oy, as well as a Senior Consultant at HR4 Solutions Oy. Earlier experiences include managing HR services in ICT-related roles at LähiTapiola and Tieto-Tapiola, alongside recruitment consulting positions at Proselectum Ab and Global IT Professional Services.
