David Maurer

David Maurer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. David is currently working as a Senior SEO Manager at kununu since March 2023, and previously held the role of SEO Manager from September 2019 to March 2023. In 2022, David worked as a Guest Lecturer for Technical SEO at UpLeveled GmbH. Prior to that, they worked at Improove GmbH & CO KG from 2015 to 2019, starting as a Texter from June 2015 to August 2016, then advancing to roles such as SEO Project Associate from September 2016 to September 2017, Senior Project Associate from September 2017 to May 2018, and finally as an Engagement Manager from May 2018 to July 2019.

Before joining Improove GmbH & CO KG, David worked as a Freelance Author at laut.ag from June 2014 to August 2016, and as a Praktikant | Redaktion from October 2013 to May 2014. David also gained experience as a Praktikant | Sportredaktion at Norddeutscher Rundfunk from March 2013 to May 2013, and as a Praktikant | Hauptredaktion Sport at ZDF from January 2013 to March 2013. Their earliest work experience was as a Praktikant | Lokalredaktion at Mannheimer Morgen Großdruckerei & Verlag GmbH in August 2012.

David Maurer pursued their education diligently, starting with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sportjournalismus from Hochschule Mittweida, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. David then continued their academic journey at the University of Vienna from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained their Master's degree in Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaften. Throughout these years, David focused on expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field of communication and journalism.
