Paolo Cistaro

Paolo Cistaro has a diverse work experience. Paolo is currently working as a Senior Investment Manager at Aliante Group starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a board member at EcoCred Finance Mediatore Creditizio and as a corporate finance advisor at BIP, with both roles beginning in December 2019. In November 2019, Paolo joined yourCFO as an Associate Partner, where they provide corporate finance and business support services to clients. Paolo co-founded Kuokko in December 2018 and held the position of CFO. Paolo also has experience as a partner and screening member at Italian Angels for Growth since June 2015. Additionally, they worked in finance at EasyRain from January 2015 to November 2018. Paolo's most recent role before joining Aliante Group was as the Group CFO at Syndesma S.p.A. from December 2019 to February 2023.

Paolo Cistaro's education history begins with their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Finance from Università Bocconi, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. In 2006, they attended SDA Bocconi to pursue an Executive Course on Business Planning.

In 2016, Paolo enrolled in the CUOA Business School's MBA program and completed the International Program from 2016 to 2017. During the same year, they also studied International Business at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

In 2017, they further enhanced their knowledge in economics by taking up the course "ECONOMIC ANALYSIS: FIRM & CONSUMER - Microeconomics" at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Paolo also engaged in the Softlanding Program for International Projects at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, specializing in International Business in 2019.

Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, Paolo expanded their expertise in finance by attending the CUOA Business School's Executive Treasury Management Course, where they focused on the role of CFO and earned their Executive Master in Finance.

In 2020, they pursued an online course called "Elements of AI," offered by the University of Helsinki, to deepen their understanding of Artificial Intelligence.

Most recently, starting from 2022 to 2023, Paolo has been studying at SDA Bocconi to obtain a Master's degree in Finance, with a specialization in Banking Transformation.
